Makita 14.4 Volt Cordless w/Flashlight kit is just $97.99. The flashlight might seem like a stupid idea until you realize it comes with another battery, so this is in effect a 2 battery cordless drill kit. Check around, but this is a pretty good price.

There's also a Porter Cable 9.6v cordless drill ... lighter duty than the Makita, but PC makes some good tools. Its $62.99 right now.
