Just another day on the Hudson

So this afternoon I went out on tidbit. Winds were light sailed for a bit then just motored around to take some photos to show you all what a magical place this is.





Freight trains run on the western shore.

Lovely boat, lovely shots.

I grew up on the river (south of Albany), and miss those mountains on the horizon here in the Piedmont of NC. I'll be up for some boating on the river and island camping on Lake George in August, though, so all is not lost   .

Nice photos and gotta love that boat. I still like the looks of the dodger on there.They did a nice job on that to make it fit that boat's looks. Still doubt I would trade scenery though. I had enough mountains when living in CO. Also glad to see you get to use the boat often. Interior is very neat as well.
