There is nothing -- absolute NOTHING -- half so much worth doing
as simply messing-about in boats.

I have spent all my spare time working on the house and the shop has had to wait. I still have a whirlpool tub in my Dining Room but I am getting close to finishing the house! I am at the point my next big projects are shop project. Like building the square tapered columns and the wainscotting for the walls in the Dining room (once the tub is moved out Confused )

While I am a long ways from having the shop anywhere near the way I want  it's finally taking shape!  I decided to take a couple of days to build some benches. miter saw table and the outfeed table for the table saw.

The photo is a poor panoramic I put together. While looking at the photos I realized that they would go together even though it was just an accident. You can see what will be the tablesaw outfeed table I am building. The drill press stand with all the drawers out.

I have my Cris Craft in there and hope to take it off the trailer and onto a cradle to repair it soon. I also have a lot of 'stuff" just sitting around waiting for storage spaces to put it.

Just wanted to brag a bit.  Razz

Thanks. I have not had a place to work for 8+ years now. When we found this land the first thing I noticed when looking at it was that it had enough slope that I could have a basement!

Lots of comprimising goes into planning a house but the shop was not to be comprimised! I have done without tooo long!
